Patricio Arevalo
Patagonia Wildlife & Naturalist Guide
Born and raised in the heart of Patagonia, Punta Arenas, I have always been captivated by this untamed region. From my childhood explorations in the nearby forests and mountains to contemplate the endless expanse of the Magellan Straits, my connection to this land runs deep. For more than 12 years, I have been working as a naturalist guide, dedicated to enrich the experiences of travelers. My journey began when I studied to be an English teacher. As a guide, I strive to go one step further. I believe in tailoring experiences to the individual interests and desires of each group. Whether you are an avid hiker looking to conquer the challenging trails of the Torres del Paine, a history buff eager to delve into the fascinating past of the Magellanic region, or a nature enthusiast longing to witness the mesmerizing wildlife of Tierra del Fuego, my goal is to create a customized trip to meet and exceed your expectations. I find immense joy in sharing my knowledge of the local wildlife; each encounter with nature becomes a moment of wonder and connection, with the environment and with yourself. As your guide, I am committed to offer you more than just a tour. My goal is to create an immersive and engaging experience that fosters genuine connections with the land, its people and its wildlife.
